On March 14, the first case of Covid-19 was identified in Rwanda. Within 24 hours, all of schools in the country were closed down and the entire population was placed under strict lockdown. While many school systems around the world were able to go virtual, Rwanda had to find innovative ways to educate its youth as many do not have access to internet or technology.
