In this video I start to strip down the Aprilia RS 125 two stroke project and make repairs. I will be showing you: 1. Removal of the Aprilia RS 125 clock assembly and reconditioning the subframe. 2. Removal of the Aprilia RS 125 brake calipers, reservoir and replacement of the levers. 3. Removal of the datatool alarm 4. How to check the Aprilia RS 125's spark plug and air filter 5. how to remove the Aprilia RS 125 footpegs.     @tobyreynolds29414 years ago Just as i noticed during disassembly of your footrests the chain roller on the brake side is buggered and the exhaust rubber hanger on the left hand side. But nice to see someone trying to do it properly. 1

    @steven-vn9ui4 years ago Why not just slightly crimp that stretched spade connector for the water temp sensor? Best to avoid cutting the loom if you can bud. 5

    @dvandam95743 years ago My full total rebuild of a 2007 with 140 cc italkit carb34 and i mean total rebuild all the bearing in and outsde off the motor! Seals, rubbers tyres id="hidden14" fairings brakes etc all new polished frame steardamper set me back for a total off 4300 euro so think befor you start. If you do it do it like a pro!
    deed it in about 3 months a couple off h a day
    1 sandblasting to remove paint!
    2 your breaklevers where to best thing on your bike the originals are ugly as hell, i understand if u want to go original but then you put on led signals?
