#crossfit #crossfitvlog #crossfitreykjavik First thing we did when we got to Iceland was spend almost three hours in the very cool but hot Blue Lagoon. Then we obviously had to go for a training session at CrossFit Reykjavik but following the Blue Lagoon we felt terrible. Just dehydrated and tired.
