strategies for improving flexibility (not to mention balance, coordination, stamina, etc) when no amount of stretching ever makes a difference! great for ballerinas/dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, runners, athletes of any sort, and ordinary people who feel lots of tightness in their muscles! for many folks, the reason you can't increase flexibility is because you're consuming minerals in the wrong proportion to each other. as always, talk to your doctor before starting any new supplements, even if they're over the counter! each person's nutritional needs are unique.
