So let's learn how to make Nankhatai at home by The Bong Cuisine. Hope you like this video. Ingredients for this recipe. 1. Maida 1/2 cup (100gm) 2. Sooji 1/4 cup (60gm) 3. Besan 1/4 cup (60gm) 4. Sugar powder 1/4 cup (60gm) 5. Dry fruits 6. Chocolate 7. Ghee / White Oil / Melted butter less than 1/2 cup Cooking Process: 1. Make a dough with Maida,Sooji,Besan,Sugar powder 2. make a shape as you like and keep the cookies in a metal plate or baking trey 3. Preheat oven or Kadai with cover and keep the flame medium 6-7 mins 4. Then set the trey or plate into kadai and bake it until its slightly golden in color (16-18 mins.). 5.
