I kinda " just threw it in" as a bonus, but i was close to breaking point at some parts. s so good about it is that you change thein the exercises, so the muscles get some rest before it' s too difficult. the routine was easy to follow along as well, especially since i know a lot of the exercises from dumbell workouts. thank you, for putting in the hard work, effort, and consideration to make this video for us. ...Expand1

I want to share my journey to keep myself motivated (arms-gt; 30. 15 cm) id="hidden32" day1: i feel the burn i had so many breaks though day2: i had a long day, but i had to do this before bed. i still felt the burn day3: this time, i did my best to try and take fewer breaks, though my arms were on fire but i love the burn! day4: i had a really long day but i couldn' t sleep without doing this. So this time, i forced myself to take no breaks, but i took 2 to 3 breaks.
