@sherrykinkade71344 years ago Like many others, I am inspired by you Dr. Joe. I try to follow what I have learned from you daily, but admittedly I do have a ways to go. I am 68 and sometimes I just get to feeling I am too old to make the type of changes I want. None the less, I watch at least 10 of your videos a day. Everytime I do, my mood and attitude changes for the better. I also would have to say I am inspired by the dozens of testimonials I read from the individuals who have gone through your workshops. I do realize that isn't exactly what GOLOV-20 is all about, but as I grow, and as I jump hurdles, I get inspiration from realizing, I am doing this. I know many of you understand what I mean. I went through something. I came through something. I fell. But I got back up again.
