Learn How to make fried potatoes. This video helps you to prepare the fried potatoes step by step. Ingredients: OIL - 3-4 tsp JIRA (Cumin Seeds) - 1/4 tsp RAI (Mustard Seeds) - 1/4 tsp Mirch (Green Chilli) - 4 Curry Leaves - 5-6 Coriander Leaves - few Haldi Powder (Turmeric) - 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Salt - As per taste Tomato - 1 Green peas - 1/2 cup Boiled Potato - 4 Onion - 1 Method: 1. Heat a oil in a pan, and add mustard seeds, cummins seed, add 5-6 curry leaves, add green chilli 2. Add finely chopped onion, add green peas and mix it well and cover it for 4-5 minutes then add chopped tomato. Cover it for 8-10 minutes 3. Add haldi powder, add Coriander Powder, add garam masala and add salt as needed. 4. Add 3-4 boiled cut potatoes, and mix all ingredients well 5. Cover the lid for 8-10 minutes 6. Open the lid and mashed potatoes with the spoon. 7. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and fried potatoes are ready to serve.
