Always consult a physician prior to exercise. The name “Brocade” implies fluidity and grace of both body and mind. This ancient Chinese exercise was considered more precious than rare silk. These 20 Tai Chi-like movements can be practiced seated or standing. They build and elaborate on the Eight Brocades. Their purpose is to balance the meridians of the body (heart, lung, kidney) and to strengthen the immune system. I received the 20 Brocades from the late Gia Fu Feng in 1984 who received the transmission from Master Lu Yang Chien. Enjoy in good health.
