Servings: 4 Peoples Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes Passive Time: 30 Minutes Ingredients: - Bhindi - 1/2 kg (small pieces) - Onion - 1 cup (sliced) - Tomato - 1 cup (sliced) - Oil - 1 cup - Pomegranate Seeds - 2 tbsp - Green Chilli - 3 to 4 - Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp - Turmeric - 1/2 tsp - Salt - to taste Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and then fry bhindi until slightly brown. 2. Then separate the oil from bhindi... Now fry onion in this oil till light brown. 3. Add tomato, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, green chili and fried bhindi. 4. Fry for 5 minutes on high flame. 5. Then add pomegranate seeds and fry for 2 to 3 minutes more. 6. Bhindi Ki sabzi is ready to serve.
