Mango Habanero Wings INGREDIENTS
- 17-20 Winglets
To Season Your Wings:
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
Mango Habanero Mix:
- 2 Large Mangos (Yes we are using fresh)
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger (half part of garlic)
- 1 Lemon's Juice
For Sauce:
- 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Raw Honey
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Few Notes:
- Use an Air Fryer or Oven for Cooking Chicken Wings
- Use a rack if using the oven for a crispy wing product
- If using an oven, you may need to cook 10-15 mins longer than the air fryer
- Do not crowd your baking rack or air fryer. Allow hot air circulate!
