It’s 1989 and we see Dom working a pit crew with his brother Jakob for their racer father, Jack. During the race Jack Toretto is killed when another racer named Kenny Lender uses a dirty racing trick and hits Jack’s bumper causing his car to flip. The car blows up and kills Jack. We then see Dom get sent to prison for nearly beating Kenny Lender to death for killing his father. Years later when Dom gets out of prison, he confronts his brother and blames him for messing with their fathers car and causing it to explode when it flipped. Now let’s go to 2001 when Dom is leading a gang of road agents is using grappling hooks to steal VCRs and DVD players. A key member of his crew is his girlfriend Letty, who used to pilot helicopters in space [yopu should see your faces right now, Avatar]. Letty is also a badass racer [clip] The cops send officer Brian O’Conner to infiltrate the world of street racing and find this gang. Street racing is simple. There’s a quarter mile stretch of road, two cars go fast, one car falls behind, hits a Noz button, we use CGI to travel into the engine, then that car usually wins. So Brian actually loves cars and loves street racing, then falls in love with a girl named Mia. But she is Dom’s brother-and Dim is like the king of the streets. So Brian is trying to impress him and his gang. [I’ll take the respect]. Eventually Brian does make friends with the group, by earning the trust of Dom. Together they all compete in a competition called race wars. Oh geez, that’s unfortunate. [rick and morty: first race war?”] Anyways Brian figures out that Dom’s group are actually the hijackers, [what!] but there’s a worse gang in town, so Dom and Brian team up to take them down. Rather than just arresting Dom, brian agrees to settle the matter of law and order with a drag race. The race is a draw when Dom gets hit by a train. Doug: So he dies? No, he’s fine. And Brian lets him walk away. [2 fast 2 furious logo] Brian is now on the run from the cops because he let Dom go. Now he’s deep into the world of Miami street racing [clip]. The FBI nab him and want him to use his street racing skills to go after Drug Lord number 1. Eva Mendes is an FBI agent who is already working undercover in the drug lord’s operation. [clip] The FBI wants Brian to infiltrate the operation and become a driver so they can catch the drug lord’s money and weapons and stuff. Brian enlists the help of his old friend Roman Pearce, eve though the two of them have had a falling out [clip] And they’re also aided by Ludacris’s Tej Parker, who is very good at working with car engines [clip]. At this point, that’s it, that’s all he’s good at. So they get themselves hired by the drug lord to drag race and get cars and money and stuff. [clip] But the drug lord is clever, and he’s split up Roman and Brian because he does’;t trust them, and now they have other dudes in their cars that they have to shake using an ejector seat that ludacris built for them. Because he is a genius with cars. So they’re doing the drop, and the cops come after them. Drug lord tells eva mendes, I was on to you all along and fed you wrong information, she’s like, “oh no, “ and then Brian drives his car onto the drug lord’s bapot and the good guys win. Doug: So he dies? No, he’s fine. Afterwards brian and roman get full pardons, and they keep some of the money from the heist, so they can live like kings. Meanwhile Dom and Letty have been in the Dominican republic, driving around, going to parties, and getting secretly married. Doug: That’s nice. [Fast & Furious logo] Down in the DR, Dom and Letty are back to hijacking trucks with a new member, Han. Han is great. Cool guy, always snacking, and is always talking about going to Japan [clips].
