When i was a beginner, i had thigh fat there was no gab between my thigh and when i was running or walking my thighs rub against each other and create fire ha just kidding. I was afraid to wear jeans oh obesity is disgusting the person who has experienced it knows, it not only destroys our health but also our confidence. @khushikothari88511 months agoJust keeping a track here: ✅ Day 1 : As we got to the left curtsy lunges, I lost control on my legs; they were shaking already. I followed the finisher for like 2 minutes and after every jump, legs directly went for squat (there was no stop), I just signalled my upper body to cooperate 😂😂 Loved it 🔥 Day 2, 3: Very sore legs, can't even walk properly 😂😂. Rest day to rejuvenate my legs and show them some love! ✅ Day 4 : Followed all exercises except the jumping ones. This time my legs were not as sore as the 1st time and on the other day I was able to walk effortlessly without any pain. Already see a gap between my thighs and a lot of reduce in cellulite. Will be visiting this exercise on legs days! Really effective if only done once a week! Thankyou @getfitbyivana ...17

@brocksophelalisha11 months agoKind of late but I'm gonna do this until I see results! Like to remind me pls. Doing this once everyday bc im tight on time. Day 1: ✅ OML THIS IS INSANE. IT BURNED SM 😭 Day 2: ✅ I WAS SO SORE FROM YESTERDAY BUT MADE IT THRU Day 3: ❌ bruh my parents said not to workout 💀 but soreness is gone now Day 4: ✅ i skipped the musical finisher bc i wasn’t up to it today but workout was less burn now and easier. Day 5: ✅ workout was easy, just the musical finisher got me done 💀 Day 6: ❌ bruh my parents said not to workout 💀 AGAIN Day 7: ✅ easy felt a less burn in most of the exercises though. did it twice to make up for yesterday but did the musical finisher once. no visible diff Day 8: ❌ busy today Day 9: ✅ at this point i don't rlly feel a burn anymore. Only the squat, tip toe, jump, and the kneeling fall are burning. The musical finisher still has be dead tho. I’m starting to think this won’t work tbh. bc I don’t see a difference yet and I have been limiting carbs and sugar. Day 10: update: so im discontinuing this bc the workout did not work for me :| ...8

@SeeScottWrite2 years agoAdmittedly, I didn’t like the finisher. What was really good (in my opinion) was the change of pace in the middle without an increase in effort. That helped to stay pumped for the whole workout. Normally only the focus muscles seem tired by the end but I’m actually a bit winded, so thanks for that! 💪🏽 ...11

@jt8143last yearI wanted to "like it", until "the finisher". It seems that there is a glitch and some "symmetrical" exercises are not repeated. Also the clock - very helpful - disappeared.
