खिली खिली साबूदाना खिचड़ी
Sabudana khichdi
Ingredients:
Sago/ Sabudana- 1cup soaked in 3/4 cup water for apx 4 -5 hrs.
1/2 cups of grounded roasted peanuts
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
1/2 inch thin chopped ginger
1 tbsp of ghee
5 spicy green chilies
1 medium-size chopped potatoes
coriander leaves
1/2 Lemon
METHOD:
- In a pan add ghee, jeera, chopped ginger, green chilies, and potatoes and let the potato cook properly
- In a bowl add soaked sago, peanut powder, salt, lemon and mix it well
- Add the sago and cook it properly
- Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame
- Sabudana Khichdi is ready to be served
- Garnish it with coriander leaves
