Rasgulla is a milk-based sweet made by curdling milk, draining the whey and kneading the milk solids to make balls. These balls are cooked in hot sugar syrup until light & spongy.
Ingredients:
- 2L Fresh Milk
- 2 cups of Sugar
- 1 Lemon Juice
Simple Process:
Heat the milk in a pan then add the lemon juice
Once the milk has solidified, rinse the water out
Loosen up the milk solids
Roll it into a ball
Heat the sugar with water in a pan to make the syrup
Heat the milk solid balls into the hot syrup
Cover and leave on medium heat for 10mins
Now you're ready to serve
