My Hip Hop brother from Mt Vernon Mark COLLINS from the Collins Brothers took me around Mt Vernon this summer and showed me the former homes to such people like Betty Shabazz, Nina Simone, Debbie Allen and others. So much history in Mt Vernon. This is the home Sister Shabazz moved in after the killing of Malcolm X.
