    @jopybeanery6 years ago Thank you for the practice. I enjoy your videos and have definitely deepened my understanding of my body through them. However, I do want to post a gentle reminder that yoga is rooted in hinduism and that there's still a non-negligible amount of strife between the muslim and hindu communities in India about yoga. I don't think it precludes your message of inclusivity but I think it's good to be aware that it isn't always so.
