Full Description
4 - 5 long sliced onions
150-gm besan / chickpea flour
2 - green chilli finely chopped
few green coriander finely chopped
salt to taste
1 - pinch of cooking soda
first take mixing bowl & add sliced onions
besan / chickpea flour
1 - pinch of cooking soda
chopped green coriander
chopped green chilli
1 - tsp of salt
1 - small cup of water
now mix it properly
now turn on the gass, take medium size pan
on a medium flame, add oil to deep fry
after oil get hot,
make small or medium size pakoda
rotate in every few time
cook well from all sides
take in a plate,
when it turns golden brown in color
do deep fry for all like this
