So i bought pull up bar and a band and i started.

    so, i usually don’t actively comment. but something i’ve noticed when looking in your comment sections is there is a lot of comments from men,, (i am assuming this, but it is pretty obvious from the profile photos and names). of course there is nothing wrong with that, but i just wanted to comment on here as a heads up and or “warning”, if you will. i just wanted to remind you not to give out any personal information and keep safe boundaries between you and your viewers — just keep in mind we are all strangers here. i’m sorry if you already knew this, i just know too many people in my personal life (girls our age), who have had problems with strangers on the internet, and i really don’t want that to happen to you, so please be safe. sorry i get a bit overly nervous about these things. anyways, all the love and keep up the good work! ...
