तो सबसे पहले सामग्री देख लेते हैं
Firstly see the ingredient list
For merinate
Boiled potatoes(उबले आलू )-6n
Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च )1/2tsp
Salt(नमक )1/2tsp
Turmeric powder (हल्दी )1/4tsp
Oil(तेल )1/4tsp
For gravy( तरी के लिए )
Oil (तेल )2tbsp
Cumin seeds (ज़ीरा )1tsp
Garlic clove (लहसुन )4 cloves
Ginger(अदरक )1inch
Chopped onions(कटी हुई प्याज़ )2n
Coriander leaves (हरा धनिया पत्ता )1cup
Tomato puree(टमाटर पिसा हुआ )1/2cup
Cumin powder (ज़ीरा पाउडर )1tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder (सुर्ख लाल मिर्च )1tsp
Turmeric powder (हल्दी )1/2tsp
Whole spice powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर )1/2tsp
Salt(नमक )as per taste
Water(पानी )as required
Whole spices (साबुत गरम मसाला )
(big cardamom-1,cloves-4,green cardamom-2,cinnamon slick-1inch)
Green chhili (हरी मिर्च )-2n
Dried fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी )2tbsp
Method
Firstly boiled the potatoes and prick with fork then add some salt,chili powder,turmeric powder,some drops oil mix properly and take a large pan add some oil then fry merinated patotoes untill golden or crisps. Take it out in plate and keep a side.
In the same pan and add some oil,cumin seeds,garlic,ginger,green chhili,onions and coriander leaves mix properly and cook untill soft.
Then take out in a blender jar and make a smooth puree.
again same pan add some oil,whole spices,cumin powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri red chili powder,whole spice powder,chat masala,mix all masala and add curd little by little,mix properly and cook untill separate the oil then add ground puree mix well and cook untill separate the oil then add merinated n fried potatoes,water (as required) some salt and dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) mix well and cook for 5minut on low to midium flame.
Then swich off the flame and enjoy this yummicious sabji with roti/naan /rice....
